Busted! (Updated)

We are in Niamey, Niger today. On Friday last I accidentally separated myself from my bike whilst riding into a hole in a bridge. The caper broke both bones in my left arm which is now in plaster, but the good news is the bike survived with just a few scrapes and a broken screen.
